About the Role

The core mission of the Recruitment Specialist is to support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental needs. This role ensures timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across different service units, aligned with the required competencies, job qualifications, and agreed service levels.

Sourcing Responsibilities
  • Understand current business trends and talent demands by analyzing relevant data to anticipate short-, medium-, and long-term hiring needs.
  • Develop recruitment marketing strategies to increase applicant volume and strengthen hiring capacity.
  • Source candidates for all manpower requisitions using various sourcing channels.
  • Identify opportunities to create and implement new sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the company's Referral Program and other sourcing initiatives.
  • Source and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates.
  • Strengthen and promote the company's employer brand within and outside the industry.
Recruitment Responsibilities
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for all company requisitions.
  • Plan and conduct interviews, phone screenings, cold calls, and other selection activities.
  • Assess and evaluate candidate suitability for each role.
  • Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker/database.
  • Screen resumes based on job qualifications and requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and present the first shortlist of candidates to hiring managers.
  • Arrange and organize interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Prepare and complete all required candidate documents.
  • Build talent pools for current and future vacancies.
  • Ensure all applications are processed efficiently and provide a positive candidate experience at all stages.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates who are offered roles and coordinate with departments for onboarding steps.
  • Organize onboarding plans for new hires and coordinate with department heads.
  • Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of solid recruitment experience in the Healthcare industry
  • RPO/VMS recruitment (North American market) experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, HR tools, and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a hybrid remote setup.
  • Comfortable working night shift to align with U.S. operations. Available to start immediately.
  • Must be available to work night shift hours from 8PM to 5AM to align with U.S. operations.
