About the Role

The Culture & Engagement HR Manager (Band 5) will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen AIA's values, improve engagement scores, and build a sense of belonging across the organization. You'll be the go-to person for all things culture: surveys, communication, recognition, and inclusion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead culture and engagement programs across all business units
  • Run surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops to capture employee sentiment
  • Analyze data and partner with leadership to turn insights into action
  • Drive initiatives around DEI, recognition, wellness, and inclusion
  • Craft internal communication strategies that reinforce culture pillars
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to align efforts across the employee lifecycle


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on engagement or employee experience
  • Hands-on experience managing surveys (e.g., Glint, Culture Amp, Qualtrics)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — especially with senior leaders
  • Solid understanding of data storytelling using engagement metrics
  • Based in the Philippines and open to hybrid/onsite work setup


Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to insurance or other regulated industries
  • Experience in change management or internal communications
  • Familiarity with DEI program implementation
