About the Role
The Culture & Engagement HR Manager (Band 5) will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen AIA's values, improve engagement scores, and build a sense of belonging across the organization. You'll be the go-to person for all things culture: surveys, communication, recognition, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead culture and engagement programs across all business units
- Run surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops to capture employee sentiment
- Analyze data and partner with leadership to turn insights into action
- Drive initiatives around DEI, recognition, wellness, and inclusion
- Craft internal communication strategies that reinforce culture pillars
- Collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to align efforts across the employee lifecycle
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on engagement or employee experience
- Hands-on experience managing surveys (e.g., Glint, Culture Amp, Qualtrics)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills — especially with senior leaders
- Solid understanding of data storytelling using engagement metrics
- Based in the Philippines and open to hybrid/onsite work setup
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to insurance or other regulated industries
- Experience in change management or internal communications
- Familiarity with DEI program implementation
