
Recruitment and Employee Relations Supervisor

Qualifications:
- at least 20 years' working experience in Human Resources Management
- BS Psychology graduate or any other related course/s
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices and administrative procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented and adept at multitasking and problem-solving
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
Responsibilities:
- Supervises all Recruitment Activities from sourcing, screening, orientation and documentation of all hiring
- Oversees compensation and benefits processes
- Oversees Administrative services ensuring availability of Office supplies, and other company assets provided to all employees
- Reviews the existing Company Policy on Employee Benefits and recommends revisions or improvements when needed
- Ensures effective and efficient records management of assets and supplies in the Makati office
- Oversees the timely preparation of requisition for office supplies, management and storage of offices supplies and issuance to department requisitioners.
