Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Facilities Managers Inc. Full time ₱360,000 - ₱420,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management:Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear performance goals and monitoring progress.
  • Strategy Development:Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and identify top talent for open positions.
  • Process Oversight:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback.
  • Metrics & Reporting:Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, processes, and team performance.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and best practices, while also developing and refining recruitment processes and policies.
  • Vendor & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, career fair organizers, and other sourcing channels.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in recruitment and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati for full onsite set up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
