The Recruitment Supervisor is a pivotal role in the Human Resources department, tasked with overseeing the entire recruitment process. This includes ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent to meet its staffing requirements. Leading a team of recruiters, the supervisor develops effective recruitment strategies and cultivates strong relationships with hiring managers to achieve recruitment objectives. Furthermore, the supervisor stays updated on industry trends, ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and contributes to the organization's growth through strategic talent acquisition endeavors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, Psychology and Human Resources management or related field.
- Over three years of supervisory experience in recruitment and talent acquisition preferably in a BPO environment or similar industry.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are an advantage but not required
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition, including best practices, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable recruitment strategies, policies, and continuous process improvements.
- Skilled in simplifying complexity, creating structure in ambiguity, and driving results in a fast- paced, matrix environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen; capable of understanding complex interdependencies and their impact on the organization.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruitment technologies
- Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop recruitment staff.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail and executive presence.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability; adaptable to shifting priorities and high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated ability to create a vision and develop action plans to achieve it.
- Familiarity with employment laws, labor regulations, and diversity/equity best practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
