We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to join our growing team. The role will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring that our company attracts, selects, and hires the right talent to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the recruitment team in daily operations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
