Equality Marketing is an international fundraising and public engagement company operating in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

In the Philippines, we work with leading non-profit organizations focused on child welfare, education, and humanitarian support — and we train young talents to become the next leaders in advocacy-based marketing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will represent our partner NGOs in public spaces (malls, events, terminals) and speak with people about ongoing campaigns. Your role is to create awareness and encourage individuals to support meaningful causes.

This is a field-based, people-facing role, ideal for fresh grads who want experience + growth + impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Open to SHS and Fresh Graduates
  • No work experience required — full training provided
  • Friendly, confident, and people-oriented
  • Willing to travel and work within Metro Manila and Provincial locations (flights and accommodations company covered)
  • Coachable and willing to learn new skills
  • Comfortable doing field engagement
