Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to support our sales operations across multiple sectors focusing in Cold Storage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, driving revenue growth, and coordinating sales activities across assigned territories or sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets and outcomes as set by management.

Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and attending trade events.

  1. Industry-Specific Selling

Ports: Promote logistics, and related services to Cold Storage and agents.

  1. Customer Relationship Management

Act as the point of contact for client concerns, pricing, and delivery updates.

Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain a CRM database with accurate client data, call notes, and opportunity pipeline.

  1. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to each industry vertical.

Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and proposals.

  1. Reporting & Analysis

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volumes, revenue, client acquisition rate, etc.

Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies.

Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.
