The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for Chemworld Marketing Corporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

· Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and other brand initiatives.

· Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consistency across all platforms.

· Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Operations, Demand and Creatives, among others) to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promos, and adjust strategies as needed to improve sale performance.

· Establish and manage relationships with partners, agencies, influencers, vloggers / bloggers, content creators and members of the media, among others.

· Manage sponsorships, activations, store openings and other events to support brand visibility and sales initiatives.

· Guide and support the marketing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.

· At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing in a leadership position, ideally in beauty, wellness, or retail.

· Strong understanding of relevant digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as office software

· Excellent leadership and management skills.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
