Job Summary:

Onward Real Estate Inc. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate properties, generating leads, managing client relationships, and assisting in marketing campaigns to strengthen the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties under Onward Real Estate Inc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies, including digital and on-site promotions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, listings, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market and current property listings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for advertising and social media promotions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • With experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage.
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
