The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing and advertising initiatives across various channels. This includes handling daily administrative tasks, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior data, preparing marketing reports, coordinating with the Design and Content teams for marketing materials, and ensuring all marketing-related documents are organized and maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing department.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct store visits and competitive checks to monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and product performance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns—including planning, budgeting, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Prepare job orders to coordinate marketing requirements across relevant departments (e.g., quotation requests, invoice approvals, follow-ups on deliveries).
  • Assist in organizing and executing trade shows and events, including venue booking, logistics, guest coordination, and booth setup.
  • Maintain, organize, and monitor marketing collaterals—ordering, storing, distribution, and inventory.
  • Manage, file, and secure all marketing-related materials and approved documents.
  • Oversee and update Shopify product pages, collections, digital assets, and marketing integrations.
  • Ensure accurate and optimized content on the Shopify platform (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, images, SEO tags).
  • Coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams to support online promotions, campaigns, and store enhancements through Shopify.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned as needed.

A. Educational requirement/Licensure requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field

B. Required years of experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

c. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies required:

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience and strong proficiency in Shopify (product management, online merchandising, CMS updates, basic store management).
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing-related software tools.
  • Time and project management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to campaign planning and execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
