Fery's FabFinds Online Shop is looking for Sales and Marketing Associate with key qualifications as follows:

  • College graduate with experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and events
  • Minimum 2-3 years of combined experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and events is required
  • Familiarity with product promotion on social media platforms, e.g. Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok including live selling
  • Hands-on live selling experience on social media platforms is essential
  • With pleasing personality and customer-focused abilities
  • Organized, trustworthy, dedicated, and flexible
  • Willing to travel to assigned pop-up locations even on weekends
  • Availability for occasional weekend travel to pop-up locations as needed

Responsibilities

I. Marketing and Sales

  • Conduct market research analysis and analyze market trends
  • Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Come up with effective strategies on promoting the products and increasing sales
  • Participate in scheduled sales events (markets, brand pop-ups, and private functions)
  • Schedule and set up booth or pop-up store, product display, and arrange equipment transport

II. Store Operations

  • Assist the company during sales events from cashiering, engaging customers to upselling products.
  • Process customer online orders and payments promptly and accurately
  • Issue sales invoice and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Package the products properly and send the order via the appropriate shipping mode from Kyodo Spaces Corporation as soon as the client's bank payment is cleared
  • Provide accurate sales report on a monthly basis

III. Inventory & Cash Management

  • Monitor, record, and report inventory levels during assigned shifts
  • Submit complete and accurate cash reports with sales summaries and reconciliation
  • Ensure that all products are properly well-kept and maintained

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php900.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
