Position Overview

As a Marketing Associate, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, analyze market trends, and help to elevate the company's brand presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Help create and curate engaging content for digital and print platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Support the design and execution of promotional events and webinars.
  • Manage and update the company's website and social media accounts.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing ideas and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a marketing role (internships and relevant experience will be considered).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with marketing tools like Zoho CRM, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
