What You'll Do:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting digitalization efforts within the finance department, providing assistance across various finance sections and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive digitalization initiatives within the finance department, including automation of processes and implementation of digital tools.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and digital records accurately and timely.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in conducting financial analysis and research on trends, variances, and key metrics.
  • Prepare and process journal entries for month-end and year-end close.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

What We'd Like You To Have

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Experience in Accounting or Finance is a plus. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
