Legal Associate

Job Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Legal Management or Political Science or with experience in law office works is a plus

-knowledge of the law, procedures, government regulations, and other legal processes

-Experience in drafting legal documents and facilitating services of NTEs and NODs in disciplinary proceedings

-Proficient in MS Office Application

-Investigative mind, keen attention to detail, and strong research skills

-Ability to communicate professionally, effectively and persuasively, including by explaining potentially complex clauses in a simple manner.

Legal Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide general assistance to the company's counsel as requested.

-Conduct research of applicable laws, rules and regulations, jurisprudence

-Draft, review, execute legal and official documents of all types, such as but not limited to legal letters, contracts, notices (NTEs, NODC, NODs), memorandum, Code of Discipline

-Keep cases and legal documents organized by maintaining and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into the file; confirming case status with the company's lawyer

-Attend hearings/mediation and other legal proceedings anywhere in the country

-Monitor and cascade regulatory news and developments affecting the company.

-Assist in notarial activities and perform administrative tasks as may be assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
