Finance Associate provides accurate, transparent, and timely financial analysis and strategic insight to support business unit leadership in decision making process; clearly articulate financial implications of business decisions / choices and provide retrospective analysis as well as drive forward looking actions on the business units.

What you will be doing:

  • Preparation and analysis for promos, if it achieves its target profitability and cost of sales & gives recommendation, if need be.
  • Provides summary and analysis of budget vs actual spend on a monthly basis.
  • Reviews financial feasibility of submitted financial metrics by Network Development team, its accuracy and reasonableness and check if it's within the target key financial indicators.
  • Prepares, reviews and analyze weekly cash allocation of the overall Business Unit.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in Finance or similar role in accounting/finance field
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/BSBA Major in Financial Management/ BS in Banking and Finance or any relevant course
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and similar with accounting/ finance software
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
