We are looking for a Finance Associate who can speak and write in Mandarin and has at least 1 year of related working experience to join our team. The successful candidate will support finance operations, ensure accurate reporting, and serve as a key communicator with our Mandarin-speaking partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and finance tasks including accounts payable/receivable and expense monitoring.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Translate and draft finance-related documents in Mandarin and English.
  • Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners on financial matters.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting/finance.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (oral and written) and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
  • Willing to start ASAP
