  • Our platform offers inventory credit to Sari-Sari stores, giving them access to much-needed financing while helping them unlock growth
  • We are asset-light, have proven our concept works, and are backed by experienced entrepreneurs with an FMCG DNA
  • We're looking for a Finance & Credit Associate to support our credit operations – someone who's analytical, reliable with data, and meticulous with numbers. This role will help us track repayments, audit transactions and assign credit limits / increases to sari-sari stores, working closely with the Finance and Tech teams
  • The ideal candidate is someone comfortable with Excel, understands how to reconcile and validate financial data, and can act as an internal auditor to ensure accuracy and accountability in our store-level credit system

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and audit store repayment records on a daily and weekly basis
  • Maintain and update Excel-based trackers for repayments, collections, and delinquencies
  • Cross-check distributor, agent, and store data for accuracy and completeness
  • Assign credit limits and credit increases per store using defined guidelines
  • Reconcile cash collections vs. repayments received
  • Generate regular reports on repayment performance, credit utilization, and exceptions
  • Support system testing and data validation for our internal app as we move toward automation
