Schedule: 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁You will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) function by accurately inputting and maintaining invoice data, coding transactions, and assisting with voucher processing. This role requires keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:Process cash disbursements to vendors via checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Distribute invoices and billing support documentation through various channels. Balance cash weekly and perform corrections to journal entry errors. Ensure timely invoice approvals and identify discrepancies by coordinating with clients and cross functional teams. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field. Minimum of 1 year experience in accounts payable, data entry, or general accounting support.(BPO preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables, and formatting).Willingness to be trained onsite for a month.Ready to take your career to the next level?
