Responsibilities Include:

At least Account Receivable and Account Payable's experience.

Maintaining financial records: Accounting clerks are responsible for keeping financial records up to date and organized.

Responsible for balancing accounts and invoices, and account statements.

Preparing financial reports: provide data and information to support the preparation of financial reports.

Responsible for organizing account statements to facilitate financial reports.

Reconciling bank statements:

Ensure the accuracy of financial data by reconciling bank statements.

Handling payroll:

Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Communicating with vendors and suppliers:

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to address queries related to payments.

Maintaining financial filing systems:

Responsible for maintaining and updating financial filing systems to streamline financial processes.

Resolving accounting discrepancies:

Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic knowledge of accounting principles. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
