Your Role
As an Accounting Clerk, you will:

  • Prepare and manage invoice run
  • Prepare and manage consultant Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) payments
  • Prepare bank upload for supplier payment run
  • Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Assist with resolving queries and issues from contractors or suppliers
  • Timely bank and credit card transactions allocation and reconciliation
  • Assist with month-end and End of Financial Year (EOFY) closing, including the preparation of general journals

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Holds a Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
  • Proficient in SAP ByDesign, SAP Concur, and other accounting software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork
