We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recording and posting of daily/monthly financial transactions
  • Assist in processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Maintain accurate filing of financial records and subsidiary ledgers
  • Monitoring of monthly dues and account reconciliation

  • Perform other accounting-related duties

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

  • At least one year experience as an accounting clerk
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
