What you'll do

  • Keep projects moving: agendas, notes, follow-ups, clear owners/dates.
  • Send tight weekly status to clients with metrics and next steps.
  • Own our SOPs: simple, current, and used.
  • Master the project database: clean structure, accurate fields, smart templates.
  • Track KPIs with BI (cycle time, on-time rate, rework).
  • Run a weekly ops review to surface risks and unblock work.
  • Light hiring ops when needed (schedules, pipeline metrics).
