About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed Architect to join our growing team working on Australian development projects. This is a great opportunity to gain international experience, work with experienced Australian developers and town planners, and be part of a dynamic remote setup that values design excellence, precision, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Architect (Passed Board / Professional License Exam)

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or related field

  • Experience working with Australian developers or builders is an advantage

  • Strong design and technical documentation skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other architectural tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative mindset

  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive attitude

Must have:

  • Computer/laptop with at least 16GB RAM

  • Noise-cancelling headphones

  • Licensed or working versions of required software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps upload and download)

Must submit:

  • Board Exam Passing Rate and Transcript of Records (TOR)

  • Professional references from previous employers with contact details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation for development approvals using CAD and 3D software

  • Create and edit presentation visuals and photo documents using Photoshop

  • Develop detailed design drawings with high accuracy and attention to standards

  • Coordinate with Australian Town Planners to ensure compliance with technical and code requirements

  • Conduct research on land use, topography, and environmental considerations for potential development sites

  • Perform feasibility studies, including hand sketches and initial lot division computations

  • Lead projects from concept design to design development

  • Carry out other related duties as assigned

  • Must be willing to work after hours or weekends if required for project timelines

Job Type: Full-time (Remote)

Schedule: Monday- Friday ( 8:00-5:00) may include some after-hours/weekend work

Location: Remote

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
