Job Title: Scheduler / Vendor Support – Landscaping Projects

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Hours: Full-time, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT

Salary: up to PHP 25,000/month

About SFY Solutions:

At SFY Solutions, we provide specialized support to landscaping and property maintenance businesses, helping them streamline operations, coordinate teams, and deliver exceptional service. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduler / Vendor Support to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule landscaping jobs and coordinate timelines for multiple projects.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to assign jobs and ensure timely completion.
  • Track and report weather conditions affecting scheduled projects.
  • Maintain and expand a database of reliable subcontractors; reach out to potential vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on project status, scheduling conflicts, and vendor availability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in scheduling jobs for landscaping or property maintenance projects.
  • Proven experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
  • Must have a complete, reliable work-from-home setup (high-speed internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working the 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
