We're a fast-growing social media agency specialising in social media management, video production, photography, and web design. As our agency scales, we're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to help support team delivery across concept to completion, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and timely delivery for our clients.

This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. You'll be the hub that keeps projects moving, communication clear, and goals met.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee and coordinate client and internal projects across social media, content, and creative campaigns by:

  • Leading project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination across multiple campaigns.
  • Translating client goals, meeting notes, and creative brainstorming sessions into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Managing timelines and deliverables across campaigns involving social media, video shoots, photography, and web design.
  • Facilitating communication between creative, content, and account management teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Tracking progress, troubleshooting roadblocks, and proactively keeping projects on schedule.
  • Conducting light research to help inform campaign strategies when needed.

Who You Are

  • You have a strong grasp of digital marketing—especially social media, content creation, and visual branding.
  • You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at building systems that keep teams running smoothly.
  • You're tech-savvy and experienced with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • You're an excellent communicator who can simplify complex projects and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • You thrive in a remote work setting and excel at managing your time independently.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing digital marketing or creative projects.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, video/photo production workflows, and web projects.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with confidence.
  • Bonus: Experience working with creative teams in an agency environment.
