Channel Development Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Channel Development Manager to join our team in Cebu. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and solid experience in the FMCG industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to implement trade programs and drive product sell-through
- Support channel expansion and development within the assigned area
- Coordinate with head office for inventory, reporting, and trade activities
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, product availability, and promotional compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, store personnel, and merchandisers
- Ensure consistent in-store visibility and brand presenceDevelop and execute strategic channel expansion plans to grow our distribution network across key retail, e-commerce and B2B channels
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry (required)
- Background in sales execution, trade marketing, or key account/channel development
- Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver's license
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Skilled in building strong customer relationships and executing in-store promotions
- Applicants without FMCG experience will not be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
