AIoT Channel Development Manager

Job Summary:
The AIoT Channel Development Manager is responsible for expanding and managing Infinix's AIoT product sales channels in the Philippines. This role focuses on driving sales performance across categories such as smartwatches, smart bands, TWS earphones, power banks, laptops, and tablets, ensuring sustainable growth through effective distributor partnerships and channel strategies.
Key Responsibilities:1. Channel Development & Expansion
- Develop, manage, and expand sales channels for Infinix AIoT products in the Philippines.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard key distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, and e-commerce resellers to strengthen market presence.
- Lead the laptop category channel development, establishing partnerships with PC Express, Octagon, Silicon Valley, Villman, Abenson, and SM Appliance.
- Build a sustainable and efficient channel structure that maximizes market coverage, visibility, and long-term business growth.
- Explore new market segments and develop strategic initiatives to enhance distribution reach.
2. Distributor Management & Sell-Out Tracking
- Manage order flow, sell-in/sell-out performance, and inventory levels to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Monitor channel stock health, replenishment cycles, and retail sell-out efficiency through regular reporting and data analysis.
- Support distributors with pricing control, in-store display compliance, and promotional execution aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets per category and channel partner.
- Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute impactful channel campaigns and seasonal promotions (e.g., Back-to-School, 11.11, Christmas).
- Ensure timely execution of trade marketing initiatives to drive sell-out performance and strengthen brand presence at retail.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in channel development, distribution management, or sales within the consumer electronics, mobile, or IT hardware industry.
- Proven track record in building and managing multi-channel sales networks.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
