Job Purpose​

To provide administrative assistance and support to the Sales Support Team and Global Sales team. ​

Key Responsibilities​

  • Assist the Sales Support Team Leader and the team in daily operations ​
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Sales Support team and Global sales team ​
  • Manage briefs submitted by sales team. Liaise with merchandising team to ensure pricing is returned on time and in full   ​
  • Liaise with Shipping team to obtain freight quotes ​
  • Liaise with Graphic team to obtain Artwork forms  ​
  • Maintain up-to-date records for internal reports ​
  • Manage critical paths for projects by working with the wider Link team to ensure milestones are completed as planned ​
  • Check all SO, PO, costing sheet and relevant documents are complete and accurate ​
  • Any other duties as reasonably required ​

Skills Required:​

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a secretarial role or similar would be preferred ​
  • Experience in working with Sales teams ​
  • Experience in promotional merchandising would be an advantage ​
  • Ability in handling tasks through good communication and effective organization skills ​
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP is preference ​
  • Good command of language skills in both written and spoken English
