We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and operational support to our directors, training managers, and regional managers.
You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing needs, and delivering results. Your strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and time management abilities will enable you to effectively support our team's administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AD/Training and Education Manager with management of AppBassador: maintenance and upgrades; content upload; reporting functions; effectiveness/flow of use; creating SOPs;
- Training Academy Support: create new structure and processes, SOPs; support in building training content in line with brand plans; manage translation requests; handling training requests and follow-up;
- Template creation for Activation briefs in line with regions marketing plans: create template; support RPM in building reports (renders, M&E); advise RPM on reporting;
- Global Reports: ADHOC support in creation of global reporting templates; collation from regions on global launches;
- Other: manage process for big ideas (sampling kits/travellers sets/WSET); conference support;
