We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all sales orders are accurately entered and processed within two hours, with same-day dispatch for all shipments. You will manage the sales inbox, generate timely quotes based on sales team requests, and log every MSI into our CRM system.

This is a critical role that supports both sales and customer service functions. You will work closely with internal teams to keep everyone informed of order progress and help reduce deal-close times through innovative, solution-focused thinking. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service. What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support or Logistics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in supporting New Zealand or Australia.
  • Willingness to work to Australasian Working Hours.
  • Willingness to work or relocate to the Angeles City Pampanga Office
