Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders & generating quotes
  • Planning and booking sales, travel, and appointments.
  • Organising samples and info for clients
  • Entering and actioning client meeting call notes and tasks.
  • Reporting sales results and trends
  • Collating market feedback and innovation suggestions
  • Taking incoming phone and webchat enquiries
  • Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Sales Support, Administrative, Customer Service role or similar.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software, high level of proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Extensive organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player.
