Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support:
    • - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  2. Financial Management:
    • - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
    • - Process vendor bills, invoices, and purchase orders in QuickBooks Online.
  3. Inventory Control:
    • - Monitor and maintain inventory levels, initiating new orders as needed.
  4. Contract Management:
    • - Draft and manage subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and other contracts.
  5. Rebate Processing:
    • - Assist with rebate applications, gathering necessary information from clients.
  6. General Administration:
    • - Ensure accurate data entry, review work for quality assurance, and maintain organized records.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in CRM software, including PipeDrive, Smartsheet, QuickBooks Online, Office 365, Google Sheets & Forms, Excel, LinkedIn, and RingCentral.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
