
Admin and Billing Assistant

- Billing and Invoicing: Generate, process, and send out invoices to clients. Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Resolve billing discrepancies and answer client questions about their invoices.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying. Manage and organize physical and digital records. Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including expenses, payments, and receipts. Reconcile billing statements and assist with preparing financial reports as needed.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries. Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all communications.
- Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Coordinate with vendors and service providers. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
