We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks, assisting management, and ensuring that office functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage office documents, records, and reports.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Assist in monitoring office supplies and equipment.
  • Support HR and accounting tasks such as filing, documentation, and processing requests.
  • Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional, reliable, and has a positive attitude.
