Duties and Responsibilities:
In charge of all vehicles concerns (vehicle dispatching, repairs & maintenance).
Prepares and encode trip ticket and shell P.O billing.
Prepares and process the monthly billings (PLDT, Smart, Globe, Innove, Shell Fleet Card, Rentals & Parking) & other clerical works of admin department.
Process the annual renewal of insurance policy & LTO of vehicles
Checks and encode the monthly billing of Globe Post Paid Plan and prepare Authority to Deduct (ATD)
Prepares and update the monthly report for admin department such as fleet status, vehicle repairs, insurance policy & LTO registration, fuel consumption, internet & communications, parking & rentals, and leased assets report.
7. In-charge in all admin. issues/concerns for request and repairs of lights, comfort rooms, aircon, printer, telephones, etc. (Work Orders Form).
8. Supervise and monitor all SRI Company Drivers and Utility personnel.
Job Qualifications:
o Candidate must be at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
o Preferably 2-4 years' experience in administration or equivalent
o Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
o Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written)
o Team player with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
o With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
o Pro-active, well-organized and results-driven
