We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Recruitment Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in strengthening our candidate pipeline through strategic outreach while supporting our employer branding and marketing initiatives through engaging visual content.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume communication, and can balance structured processes with creative execution. This position requires a unique blend of marketing creativity and recruitment-driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Outreach & Recruitment Funnel Support

  • High-Volume Outreach:
    Send a minimum of 80 personalized messages per day to potential candidates across various platforms.
  • Platform Management:
    Conduct outreach primarily through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter (experience preferred but not required).
  • CRM Accuracy:
    Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach, candidate notes, and progress within HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Template Compliance:
    Ensure 100% adherence to client-approved communication templates and messaging guidelines.

2. Recruitment Marketing & Content Creation

  • Graphic Design:
    Develop 5–10 professional graphics weekly for recruitment campaigns, social media, and employer branding using Canva.
  • Video Editing:
    Produce 1–2 short, engaging video clips weekly for marketing or recruitment purposes (basic editing, cuts, text overlays).
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure visuals and outreach materials reflect branding standards and enhance candidate engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High-Volume Capability:
    Ability to perform repetitive, process-driven outreach while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative Skills:
    Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) for graphic creation.
  • Video Editing Experience:
    Comfortable with basic video editing, trimming, and adding overlays/effects.
  • Reliability:
    Strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to work independently.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot is a strong advantage.
