Full job description

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to help us find and hire top talent for our growing organization. The role will handle the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment tools.

Highly organized with attention to detail.
