  • Policy Development & Implementation: Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to employee conduct, performance, and workplace behavior.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating and resolving employee disputes, grievances, and complaints.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring company policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Communication: Facilitating clear and consistent communication between management and employees.
  • Investigations: Conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee misconduct, harassment, or other workplace issues.

Specific Duties

  • Handling Grievances: Receiving, investigating, and resolving employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Administering disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspensions, and terminations, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Policy Interpretation: Providing guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation and application of company policies.
  • Employee Counseling: Providing confidential counseling to employees on work-related issues.
  • Exit Interviews: Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate and confidential records of employee relations matters.
  • Compliance Audits: Conducting audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Stay Interviews: Conducting Stay Interviews to check on employee's well being and to know their thoughts about work and the company.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Organizing activities that will boost the morale of the employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediating and resolving employee disputes, grievances, and complaints.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
