Our client—a global innovator in natural extracts, colors, and hop-based flavor solutions—is looking for a
Business Development Manager
to drive growth and deepen market presence across the Philippines.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role for a strategic go-getter with a strong B2B track record, ideally in
value-based, technical sales
within the food ingredients industry. You'll lead market expansion, manage key accounts and channel partners, and work alongside regional and global teams to deliver innovative solutions that create lasting value.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of the Philippines market and lead growth initiatives
- Drive
strategic key account management
and strengthen distributor/channel partner relationships - Champion
value proposition selling
—bringing consultative, solution-driven approaches to customers - Work closely with cross-functional teams across Asia and the U.S. to align business goals
- Conduct market analysis and deliver sharp insights to regional leadership
- Represent the brand through thought leadership, especially in the
savory food
segment
What You Bring
- 8+ years of B2B sales
experience in the food ingredient industry, preferably with exposure to
savory applications - Proven success in
key account management

distributor/channel partner management
, and
strategic business development - Strong grasp of
value-added, consultative selling
, with a technical understanding of product applications - A
hunter mindset
with sharp market instincts and the ability to build long-term relationships - Confidence navigating both local and regional stakeholders
