Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to shine as our Business Development Manager – Opex/Manufacturing.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion and revenue generation efforts. Leveraging your deep industry expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills, you will develop and execute winning growth strategies that propel our business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement comprehensive business development plans to expand our client base and deepen existing relationships;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively position our offerings;
- Prepare compelling business proposals that captivate and convert prospective clients;
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial partnerships;
- Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, both locally and globally;
- Monitor industry trends and adapt our strategies to stay ahead of the competition;
- Oversee the drafting and review of contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Provide insightful reporting on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Opex/Manufacturing industry, preferably in a business development or marketing management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to motivate both yourself and your team.
- Experience consistently meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
