  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or an HR coordination role.
  • Experience hiring across different job levels and employment types (e.g., full-time, contractual, probationary, seasonal, freelance).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Professional, approachable demeanor with the ability to positively represent the company in candidate-facing interactions.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
