Position: Recruitment Associate (Sourcing & Screening)

Department: Talent Acquisition / HR

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Associate with a background in the BPO industry to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is fully remote and will focus on sourcing and screening candidates to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, hands-on experience in recruitment or BPO operations, and the ability to identify the right talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings (phone/video interviews, skills assessments) to pre-qualify candidates.
  • Shortlist candidates based on client/hiring manager requirements.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience during the sourcing and screening process.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in the BPO industry (recruitment or operations background preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in sourcing, talent mapping, or screening candidates.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setup, with reliable internet and home office equipment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment (customer service, technical support, non-agent roles).
  • Proficiency in ATS tools and Boolean sourcing.
  • Ability to adapt to different hiring requirements quickly.
