
Human Resources Officer

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer HR policies and programs, and manage staff implementation to support employee productivity and company objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day flow and status of different HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, etc.
- Develop and recommend effective recruitment strategies and processes to improve quantity of applicants and quality of hired employees.
- Research and/or build professional connection and network that can help with the Company's recruitment needs.
- Conduct initial interview of applicant for rank-and-file positions. Provide interview evaluations and recommendations for the next steps in their application.
- Facilitate the company orientation on newly hired employees.
- Supervise different training and development activities for the new and existing employees.
- Plan, develop and implement training and development programs that would support the employees' existing and future needs.
- Implement due process on employee infractions. Issue incident reports, notices and memoranda, and enforce disciplinary actions as decided after proper investigation and deliberation.
- Provide counsel and guidance on employee relations issues. Respond to, manage and resolve conflict as needed.
- Collate and coordinate all employees subject for healthcare benefits inclusion and deletion. Provide necessary details for the process.
- Coordinate and provide performance evaluations on employees from all departments for the purposes of regularization and performance monitoring. Discuss and forward these evaluations to the ICG-HR as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments for any concerns, requests or inquiries that may arise.
- Generate various HR reports on different HR functions as needed or required by the management.
- Carry out administrative duties, including filing and encoding of documents. Ad hoc tasks as needed or directed by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related HR working experience with proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with the labor laws
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa
- Willing to start ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
