Inviting applications for the role of Sourcing Specialist - Niche Hiring
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts interviews for basic and high niche qualifications, availability, interest level and salary
- Drive and monitor Career site, Social Media, and Branding also Ensure branding continuity across all Sourcing channels
- Identify and Recommending appropriate Sourcing and Branding approach in filling targeted role based on current employment market trends and past experiences with similar roles
- Support the development and deployment of employer Branding strategies to various sourcing channels
- Schedule candidate accordingly with stakeholder availability
- Creates salary approval emails to selected candidates per line of business
- Extends Job Offer Letter through a Job Offer Session with detailed Genpact Total Rewards
- Assists and guide candidates regarding Profile creation Session in database, Background check and Pre-Employment requirements
- Post onboarding: Endorsing new hires to Training & Operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Bachelor's Degree preferred) in any field
- Experience in Recruitment and/or Sourcing is preferred but not required
- Amenable to WFH temporarily/permanent with atleast 10MBPS internet connection as required by the organization
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and can multi-task
- Good oral and written communication
- Keen attention to details
- Computer literate (MS Office e.g. Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Highly fungible to explore different gamut/team of hiring.
- Flexible to different shifts (during 12PM to 9PM work window)
- Can eventually work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa/ Quezon City Eton Centris or Bataan once situation normalizes
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 1-2 years BPO Recruitment experience required.
