Job Summary:

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures the HR department operates efficiently and aligns with the organization's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants.

-Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

  • Maintain and update employee records, both in physical and digital formats.

  • Support performance review processes and track key HR metrics.

  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

  • Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or another HR position (typically 1–5 years).

  • Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
