HR and Admin Supervisor
Work Location: Monumento, Caloocan City
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This role is responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting management in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in personnel management, employee relations, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Functions:
- Supervise and monitor all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, and employee records management.
- Handle personnel-related concerns, including employee discipline, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs such as training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee files, and other HR documentation.
Administrative Functions:
- Oversee general office administration, including supplies, logistics, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Supervise administrative staff and support personnel.
- Handle communication with government agencies and service providers when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of HR and administrative experience, with a background in personnel supervision or management.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems (an advantage).
- Willing to work onsite in Monumento, Caloocan City.
