Job Description

As an IT Analyst (Service Management), you will work closely with business partners to analyze requirements, configure applications, and develop solutions that enhance workflows. You will leverage technologies to automate processes, ensure compliance, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand system capabilities.
  • Configure and maintain application software to address business needs and resolve process gaps.
  • Develop expertise in code analysis, low-code development, security, CI/CD, and automation.
  • Design and implement custom or complex solutions in partnership with developers.
  • Devise, execute, and evaluate system tests to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Oversee the deployment and transition of solutions into production.
  • Handle Service Management tasks, including Software License Management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge in Software License Management.
  • Skilled in configuration, system testing, automation, and security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
