The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing client's HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data, effective reporting, and smooth sales operations. This is a hands-on role, focused on building dashboards, maintaining data integrity, and providing regular insights to support the Sales team in converting opportunities more effectively.

Working remotely from the Philippines, you will provide consistent support to the Strategy Analyst and Sales leadership by ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged as a core tool for sales performance management.

Your responsibilities:

  • HubSpot CRM Management
  • Build, configure, and optimise HubSpot dashboards to track pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Maintain and improve data quality within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Set up and manage workflows, automation, and reporting templates to support sales efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and liaise with HubSpot support when required.
  • Reporting and Insights
  • Produce accurate and timely reports on sales performance for the Strategy Analyst and Sales leadership.
  • Monitor KPIs such as pipeline health, lead conversion, sales velocity, and revenue outcomes.
  • Prepare ad hoc data pulls and customized reports when requested.
  • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
  • Sales Operations Support
  • Support adoption of HubSpot processes and tools across the sales team.
  • Work with Sales leadership to maintain KPIs and reporting frameworks that drive accountability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline sales processes.
  • Provide training or guidance to team members to improve HubSpot usage.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up to date with HubSpot features and recommend relevant enhancements.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to dashboards, workflows, and reporting for better usability.
  • Proactively identify gaps in sales data or reporting and propose solutions.

About you

  • Based in the Philippines with reliable internet connectivity and ability to work remotely.
  • 4+ years' experience managing HubSpot CRM (required); exposure to other 4+ CRMs or BI tools an advantage.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach.
  • Comfortable communicating in written and spoken English with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
