About the Role

We are looking for a Systems Analyst with solid experience in Oracle technologies and integration workstreams to join our Core Banking Unit under the Information Technology Group. This role will focus on understanding complex business requirements, developing detailed functional specifications, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for technology and integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with the solution architect to ensure business needs are fully addressed through Oracle-based solutions.
  • Identify gaps in business requirements and coordinate with end users to refine and finalize details.
  • Translate requirements into testable deliverables and assist in functional testing.
  • Map business needs to Oracle product features and identify out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Support project delivery end-to-end — from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience driving business requirements in financial services or banking.
  • Strong exposure to Oracle technology stack (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, or similar).
  • Proven experience in at least 3 full-cycle projects, covering requirements to deployment.
  • Excellent skills in business analysis, documentation, and test case development.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and a proactive problem solver.

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
